Horror Movie with a difference? Aagah The Warning

No matter how scary horror movies are, viewers all over the world look forward to them. Undoubtedly therefore, there is huge market for spine chilling movies cutting across the demographic. However, Karan Razdan’s upcoming horror flick offers more than just Goosebumps and high pulsation. The protagonist of the movie is little Jannat Rahmani who plays the role of Phulwa on Colors Channel. Other important roles are played by award winning actors- Atul Kulkarni, Rituparna Sengupta, Satish Kaushik and Anupam Kher.

Karan Razdan says that ‘Aagah-The Warning’ gives viewers an insight on life after death. People should flock the theatres for this film because every human, born to die one day surely, must be made aware about the truths of life. Hence the film not only promises to scare you with the unknown, but also has a lesson to teach. The Movie is based on ‘life after death’, karma and interestingly enough the plot revolves ‘Jihad’. Quite recently Bomb blasts in Mumbai shook the whole nation and Karan Razdan feels sad about the suffering common man had to go though, and maintains that his Movie ‘Aagah- The warning’ will bring a change. In an exclusive interview, two times national award winning veteran actor Atul Kulkarni said, ‘It’s high time that one gets to the root of problem like terrorism.’Aagah- The warning’ questions the very philosophy of ‘Jihad’ on the basis of which terrorists are created.

He added that it cautions people who propagate such false philosophies and drive innocent men and women to commit heinous crimes. It’s high time that we approach this problem and apply our brains. According to Atul Kulkarni, ‘Aagah- The warning’ is not just a supernatural thriller but it’s a horror movie with a purpose.On the other hand, Rituparna, the Bengali beauty known for her acting skills said that the movie warns people not to destroy human lives. She describes her role as a bold one with great insights. She feels that her character is portrayed as powerful and dynamic, yet emotional and innocent.

The look of her character is rustic & ethnic. She believes it will create curiosity among a very wide audience. After Mittal vs. Mittal, this is her second film with Director Karan Razdan and she appreciates the fact that he gives her meaty roles with good scope to showcase her known acting talent.
